User Agreement

By registering an account at Graphics2you.com (Hereby reffered to as "We" or "Us"), you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions.


1. Rules

You agree to not:


- Post or sell any illegal content, such as copyrighted items, illegal drugs, weapons and any other content against the law 
- Post abusive, offensive or racist content
- Post spam
- Post fraudulent information in the Market
- Any other rules specified on the site

By not abiding by these rules you may have your account banned and further legal action if required. We reserve the right to edit or delete
your account at any time for any reason.



2. Market


2.1 - Images and items displayed in the market are the property of the person(s) who have
submitted them, we are not responsible for any infringment of copyright on the person(s) part. Any images or items that have been copied
illegaly from another source or infringe copyright laws may be reported to us and the content in question will be removed.


2.2 - Rights you have over items you have bought from the market:

1. You may use the item for personal or commercial use unless otherwise specified by the seller
2. You may edit the item for your personal use unless otherwise specified by the seller
3. You may NOT resell or redistribute items bought from the market unless otherwise specified by the seller
4. You do not have exclusive rights over the item, it may be resold by the seller unless otherwise specified by the seller


2.3 - Rights you have over items you sell in the market:

1. You may resell an item more than once, unless you have already sold the item in which you have specified will only be sold once
2. You may sell the item elsewhere if it has been sold at Graphics2you.com (unless it conflicts with No. 1), however you must notify potential buyers that it has been
sold before
3. You may use and edit the item for personal use
4. You may use and edit the item for commercial use, unless it has been sold exclusively to the buyer (see No. 1)


2.4 - We will not be held responsible for any transactions between yourself and any other third party. If there are any issues during the transaction, action must be taken 
against the person in question through PayPalŪ


2.5 - We reserve the right to edit or delete any items in the market at any time for any reason

2.6 - You will set up your account according to our Market Guide ( http://www.graphics2you.com/marketguide.php ) before selling items in the market


3. Content

Content posted by yourself on the site may be reposted by us within the site and through any other media with creditation to your account.

4. Fees

Signing up to Graphics2you.com is free, no fees are charged for selling or listing items. Upgrading your account will give you the ability to list more
items and you will gain more benefits for the specified fee.

5. Privacy

Personal details required for registration will not be sold or rented by us to any other 3rd Party.
